Do you come to my home?
Yes. Alicegate is a home-visit practice: every appointment takes place in your own home, so there is no travel, no waiting room and no need to arrange transport.
How do I pay?
Payment is by cash or bank transfer, soon after treatment.
How often should I be seen?
Most clients are reviewed every six to eight weeks, though your plan is set to your own needs at the first appointment.
Do you treat diabetic feet?
Yes. Diabetic foot assessment is a specialism of the practice, covering early detection of complications including nerve damage and poor circulation.
Are you qualified and insured?
Nse Murray is a qualified Foot Health Practitioner with over 20 years of nursing experience, a registered member of the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council), DBS checked and verified, and fully insured with Balens Ltd.
Which areas do you cover?
Home visits across Hertfordshire, including Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield, St Albans, Potters Bar, Codicote, Hertford, Stevenage and Borehamwood.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
